PLANT PROCESS DESIGN specialises in designing state of the art process control systems. Included are management information systems (MIS) for collecting data related to process control. Each specific application is examined and an appropriate control strategy is developed. The control system strategy is based on both our design teams extensive experience for a particular process, and most importantly, customer input requirements. In general, we are accustomed to specifying and programming client preferred hardware and software. However, if no particular standards are preferred or in place, our design team will recommend the most reliable and cost effective system, that will provide the greatest flexibility in meeting the clients specific application and use. Each system documentation is packaged in an operator manual which provides instructions on both maintenance, system operation, and trouble shooting procedures. Program documentation, electrical wiring diagrams, and backup disks are also provided for client engineering support.
